“IPMG undertook a major project under part 3A of the State Planning Act Commencing in late 2011, completed April 2013.The scope of the project was the refurbishment of 35,000 Sq Metres of existing factory warehouse, originally built in the late 60's and 70's previously occupied by Kimberly Clark. The renovation was staged around the installation of millions of dollars of capital equipment both new delivered from Germany and existing equipment from our Alexandria plant.
The overall contracted timeline from commencement to completion was 13 months. This included the complete removal of 5,300 sqm of existing building, replaced by new floors and a raised roof, the replacement of 6,600 Sqm of warehouse flooring with a new post tensioned floor to take the extreme loads we required. The renovation of the existing offices and amenities and the renovation of the existing external roadways and rail siding.
Given the sheer complexity, of not only the renovation the Warwick Farm site, governed by a very tight time line. Your project team demonstrated their ability to work cohesively, with our plant installation crews from all parts of the world, a vital part in achieving the completion of the key items of our project.
To achieve this Daniel's crew, were keen to learn and grasp the overall client requirements. This became the paradigm for the whole project.
Daniel's crew ran their contractors on time and In a professional manner allowing installations conducted by several trades to ovelap seamlessly, whilst the critical installation items around our project were coming out of the ground. All this happened, despite Sydney having Its wettest January on record.I would highly recommend Daniel's Project management skills.

“Our company had the pleasure of working with the team at Quantum Construction on a New Multipurpose School Hall and Classroom building for St. Augustine's College, Brookvale in 2009, with a project value of two million dollars.
This job was won on open tender and carried out under a lump sum contract. The building was delivered on time and on budget, despite major requested changes to scope and cost, testament to the ability of this team.
Daniel Prentice and the team at Quantum Construction are highly experienced in all stages of the building process. They are proactive, solution driven, accommodating when instructions altered, and develop a great relationship between client and architect.
Daniel and the team at Quantum Construction were professional on all levels, extremely competent builders, and a pleasure to deal with. They delivered a building of superior quality and detailing that exceeded expectations.
We look forward to working with Quantum Construction in the future and would not hesitate to recommend Daniel Prentice and the team at Quantum Construction.

“ The school undertook a major project in developing our outdoor recreation centre at Terrey Hills. The project consisted of a large cut and fill earthworks to create the playing field, a recreational building, car parking and associated works
This project took over a year to complete and during that time we were fortunate to have Daniel Prentice as our Project Manager. He was supported by his very talented foreman Salvatore Macri. Between them they sorted out the various issues that always come along in such major works.
I have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and his team in undertaking large building projects and wish them well in their future endeavours.”
